"The legend goes that a young man lived his life as an eternal party
and never obeyed the good-willed advises his parents gave him. His
Father warned him several times the risks of living that way but his
son never payed attention. The boy decided to wear an animal skin
and some chains to scare his father when he arrived at home and so
he did. His father, filled with anger, screamed:

"For not obeying, Cadejos you will stay
and others like you you shall save"

Since then, sinners who wander until late must keep an eye out for
a vicious beast of night that drags its chains when near. It is said to
look like an enormous black dog that walks on his hind legs. Hell itself
is reflected in its eyes and the most unlucky victims get a little bit more
than a scare from him..."
